- All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice or a note with your order number, billing information, and reason for return.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear or doesn't meet our requirements.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including tags attached) for resale. This ensures hygiene standards for certain items like swimwear and bodysuits.
- Pack your merchandise securely in the original packaging, if possible.
- Include the original invoice or a note with your order details and reason for return.
- Write "Return for Store Credit" on the back of your invoice
- Keep your return tracking number for reference.
- We'll email you once your return is processed (5-10 business days).
- Use your store credit to explore new styles and discover your perfect outfit at Chik Boutik!
- Store credit is valid for one year from the issuance date.
